I moved to Tennesee with my husband into his parent's house to help out with his father who has Multiple Sclerosis. We considered making this a formalized agreement with a contract because the state college that my husband wants to attend will not consider him a resident without more proof of residency like a rental agreement. My husband's parents want to consider us live-in assistance with some sort of contract perhaps saying that they are renting us a portion of their house in exchange for services. What do you suggest we put in such a contract?
Thank you.
