Hi Iam sweetboop, I Live In NewYork City, I would like to get a divorce from my husband of 9 years. He is emotional abusive, theirs no sexual contact, he is seeing someone else and I have a Infertility problem that he refuses to wait for any longer. He wants a child, but gives me no finanical backing or support. Their is no communication right now and he once hit me when I filed him with paper in '98'(it was resolved). I would like to stay in my apartment, and rather have him leave, eventhough my apartment goes by your income. I can't serve him and we live under the same house, he would get violent! Please respond, thank you very much for your time.

My response:

Well, that doesn't leave much.

You have no money, can't get him to leave, you're barren, he hits you, and on top of all that, he's boinking someone else.

Not much of a life.

You had no questions, and you can bet your last dime, that no one from this Board is going to come over to protect you.

So, the only thing left is to have Guido pay him a visit - - or, seek out a Women's Shelter.

Good luck.
