When I was little my dad had custody of me. He fell into some financial trouble and I had to go live with my mom. Now that he's back around I want to live with him. There was really never a custody hearing and I want to be with him. I'm 17. Is there anything I can do? My mom wont listen to me at all and she even is withholding my social security card from me... Help?

this is a subject for your mom and dad to discuss between themselves. until then, you are required by law to listen to your mother and father.
