I have a question. My friend was brought to the USA in 1985 at age 4 by her parents illegally from Mexico. She is now 23 years old and is planning on getting married to a US citizen.

Should she apply for a K1 visa ( fiance visa ), or wait until they are married and file the paper work for a legal resident or what other options are available for her.

She should go to a lawyer or a legal aid clininc.
She possibly Entered Without Inspction, which would make her ineligible to adjust status.
