My mother-in-law passed away recently. My father-in-law was already deceased. Her will states: "I bequeath and devise said property to my living issue in equal share, per stirpes and not per capita". She has two living sons and one grandchild. Does this mean all three will share in the will or just her two sons?

Thanks
