What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

I am divorced with a young child. I have a few medical issues. If I were to be incapacitated in any way, would my ex-husband have any say-so in my medical treatment? Would my parents?

Do I need to have a living will or medical power of attorney in place?

Thank you.
