Q: is there a way to incorporate this with a normal will?

A: A "living will" is a durable power of attorney for healthcare purposes that dies with the death of the person making it. A will disposes of property after the person making it dies and does not go into effect until that death.

Thus, the answer is no. They are two completely different things. "Living will" is a media term that is nonsensical and confusing, although very popular.
