Why don't you pop over to www.parentsrights.org and see if they can help you out over there. You may not get a whole lot of specific advise, since none are lawyers, but they are alot nicer and at least show some empathy with the situation.
To answer what questions you have.....yes your mom can sue in PA because precedent law (the statutes have not been revised to reflect this) states that any grandparent can sue just based on biology.
Will she win? Depends on the Judge, but you would likely prevail on appeal because she doesn't meet any of the other statutory requirements which were not addressed in the precedent lawsuit.
None the less, you will end up in court if she sues as she has a legal right to her day in court. Yes, you can use all the emails she sent against her. Email is not considered hearsay. All documentation you have can be used.
