I have the same question as dian but, live in New Orleans, Louisiana. Where can I find this state law?

Louisiana LLCs

The Louisiana law on LLCs is Article 12, Chapter 22 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. You can find the first section (1301) of that at: http://www.legis.state.la.us/tsrs/rs/12/rs_12_1301.htm.

Unfortunately I could not find a good way to browse through the entire Chapter; however, you can do it by changing the “1301” in the above address to “1302,” etc.
