I work in Tenn where Work comp is required by employer. I had a work injury and to make a long story short ....they were informed...but my insurance has been taking care of most....in Aug I saw a lawyer who filed law suit...they had till Oct.11 to respond....they closed Sept,.22.....they had no insurance.....
With an LLC what recourse do I have? I'm sure they are in Bankrupcy. Since by not haveing WC ins. they were operating outside the law....do the LLC laws still protect them
