What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

my girlfriend and I just created an LLC for a rental property we purchased (50/50) in Florida. we need to create a simple operating agreement and want to know what is the best way to add a clause such that if one of us was to die suddenly, the surviving member would simply get all of the LLC. thanx!

See an attorney. He will help you clarify your goals and the facts of your business to help you come to the best solution. He will bring up taxation issues that can be mitigated or exacerbated depending on the path you take. I think it unlikely you will simply add a clause that has so much economic effect to meet your goals.
