pls, reply if you know the right answer to this tax issue
thanks

our llc has been registered in nj for nearly two years. it has been inactive since its incorporation (did not conduct any business, did not have any income, assets or expenses). both members are nonresident aliens and do not live in the us. for tax purposes our llc supposed to be taxed as a partnership. do we have to file annual federal tax return? if yes, should we file from 1065 with zero balance in it?

If there is no income and no deductions, the llc is not considered doing business and is not required to file a return.
