What is the name of your state?NH If you are a partner in an LLC company, can you be fired?
LLC don't have partners -- they have owners. And if you are an owner, no, you generally can't be "fired," they have to buy out your interest if they want you gone, or dissolve the LLC. That said, however, your operating agreement or articles of incorporation may give members different remedies, so you should check over your paperwork to see if your current situation is covered.
