can a bank change a contract a month after it has been accepted and signed because they made a mistake on the interest rate? the bank called a month after the contract was signed and stated that the interest was not added in. this was question before signing the contract and was told that the interest had already been calculated in. they have offer $100.00 off this months payment but want an additional $28.00 a month due to their mistake. i thought a contract could not be changed unless both parties agree to change it once its been signed.
