Hi everyone,

anyone know the right way of putting in written statement about making a loan to someone. My friend friend asked me if I could loan him some money, and I want to put it on a written statement so it guaranty I could get my money back. I am planning of making him notarize it too.

sorry, first rule of thumb is,........ #1 never do business with friends or family.

if you need to really know, there is quicken lawyer forms, you can buy the disk and it has promissory notes included... if not revert back to rule #1
