What is the name of your state? Illinois
Should I get a lawyer.I am in tuch with an Omsbudsman, but she is still within the Dept. of Education.

I have filed twice now for a loan discharge(false certification) and it has been denied. They have sent a standard cover all rejection letter.asking for proof , article of law going by, and that it has sustained.I provided all of this.It has fallen on deaf ears. I'll tell yu more info if you need it.

What did the ombudsman say about your question?

Loan Discharge

She ssaid she was interested in the case, she sent the second loan discharge in and has been on vacation since, due back the 19th.I did not ask her if I should get a lawyer instead of her, wouldn't that be counter productive?
