What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio
I have been scammed by a company called e-z loans. They guaranteed me a 92,ooo loan for a home if I put 3000.00 down which I did and they did not give me my loan money and now they will not return my call. Can I get my money back? This has put my family and I broke we gave them all we had saved for this loan.

Without seeing the contract it's hard to offer any advice. What were the terms?

Was this company based somewhere outside the US or did you send the money Western Union? If yes to either you are never getting your money back.
