When being approved for a loan, what does loan levels mean such as level 1, level 2 and so forth?
I've been a loan officer at my bank and I'm not familiar with this designation. It could be related to anything. Your DTI, credit worthiness, or risk exposure to name a few. I suggest you ask your loan officer.
