Our union contract expired Nov. 4th we are working without a contract. What are the advantages and disadvantages of working without a contract while our union tries to settle?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

The advantage is that you continue to get paid.

The disadvantage is that you don't put pressure on the employer to settle.
