Hello, we are in the process of a trademark application and our mark has recently posted in the Trademark Gazette Publication for opposition. then we just discovered to our dismay that a rap group has somehow found and copied our logo onto a You Tube video. I have emailed them asking to take it down and they have not responded. I sent an email to the USPTO for advice and they too have not responded. The publicity is unwanted as our mark represents a children's exercise program and the rappers are rapping about something inappropriate for children. How should I proceed? thanks!
