What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? CT

if i applied for a long term care policy and was approved (contract issued and 1st premium accepted by the company) then later the company determines that they mistakenly considered my wife's medical history rather than my own medical history in approving my application, can they later rescind my policy because they discovered their error?

I clearly stated all medical conditions/procedures I have had on my application.

Thanks

Barring a state law to the contrary, if they accepted you in error they are free to rescind it.
