I am in Calif. I have rec'd ltd since 1988 and they have offset my benefit from my son's soc.security. When I first started receiving this they told me when he reached age 16 and started getting his ss cks in his name my benefit would be adjusted. Now they say it is when he reaches age 18. There is nothing in the policy about this and I really don't know. Is there any laws concerning this.
