looking for annulment

I married a man from a foreign country whom I have found used forged documents to get a drivers license, which he showed as proof of identification in the state of Nevada to marry me. He was illegal in the country at this time, as was his friend who signed as witness to our marriage. I did not know these facts at the time and am interested in getting an anullment as soon as possible and wherever in the U.S. I am most likely to get it. I would like advise on what I need to do to get it.

We'd like to assist you; however, you apparently didn't see that red writing up at the top of the page. Without your State name it would be difficult to assist you. Laws are different everywhere.
