what the hell is MCR? IAAL do you know?

I am from michigan. I was looking up laws and court forms on the web site for MI courts. I couldnt find what I was asking for so I sent an e-mail to them. here is a copy of what I asked and what they sent back...
I am looking for any information or form for obtaning an Ex Parte custody order.I am also looking for form number PC110 petition and Ex Parte order for transport and/or temporary detention.
There is no "ex parte" custody order, but we have a custody order (FOC 89) that could be fashioned to comply with the requirements of MCR 3.207. FOC 89 is under the category of forms "Domestic Relations" and then "Custody/Parenting Time".
So after I got the response I looked for MRC 3.207 and I couldnt find it anywhere.
Dose anyone know what MCR means? Or where I can find MRC 3.207? I looked under MCL (michigan compiled laws) but It is not there. I also sent an e-mail back to them but it takes forever to get a response(2 weeks) and I dont have the time to wait.
If anyone knows of this please tell me.
Thanks, Beth.

Have you tried going to or calling the clerk's office in the courthouse? Hopefully they can help. If not I'm not sure. ??? If you couldn't find it I doubt I could.

Thanks but I found out what MCR is. It means Michigan court rules. And I also found the specific one I was looking for. But thanks anyways. It's nice to know people care.
