What is the period of protection?

What is the name of your state? FL

Since my state court case was stayed before it went anywhere, is there any way to resurrect the litigation after the debtor's bk...? Can I just withdraw my claim?... It's an unliquidated claim, hence, no claim at all, right? I just have a hard time believing that anyone can escape litigation on virtually anything by filing Ch. 13... I feel like I must be missing something.

And how long does this jerk stay bulletproof with this BK? Does it only stay prepetition actions and collections or is the debtor totally teflon until the discharge?? Can I sue jerk in another action post-petition, pre-confirmation? This is so wrong, so, so wrong...
