What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California.
I order by telephone the free Loral Langemeier book and Free CD as advertised on the radio if I agreed to pay the shipping. They sent me the platumium course for a free 30 day look at. I now have to pay the shipping and insurance to return it and any conformations I need to cover myself if they claim I never returned it. Then I have to pay for the $700 course on sale for just $300.00. I called them to tell them it was not my intention to get the course books with this mailing. I was not smart enough to see through their intention to send me the course no matter what I told them. They claim by the recorded conversation I had with them which they let me hear only half of it because it was 13 minutes long, that I gave them permission to send me the whole course.

I have a dispute for the postage for sending me the course with my credit card. Now, do I have to return the course which I never signed for from the US postal service. They just left the box at our screen front door. I open it and realized I have been had. What can I do to get out of paying return postage and if I do send it back insured for $700 dollars, what to I have to do to cover my butt such that if they claim they never got it back and bill me and I don't have to pay it. And is my credit going to be trashed by them if I don't pay their bill. How do I confirm, I mailed it all back to the address they gave me. Hiring a lawyer is too expensive. I looked up Loral M. on the web and found sites under scams that indicated the course it a waste of time and is design to get you to order more of her courses to get you just a little closer to becoming a millionair under her skillful guidance by reading more of her books, working very hard yourself and working with her instructors over the telephone. Thanks Will Good.

Send the stuff back insured. It's substantially less than the money you will be liable to otherwise. Send it back and then if any charges other than your original shipping show up on your credit card, report it to them.

Her information goes from the vague to completely worthless.
The number of LLC's you have does not equate to any form of wealth or potential for wealth.
