I currently work for a major Ice cream manufacturer in Minnesota, and I have recurrent tendonitis in my elbow. I have been on light duty since October, and my employer says that it would be in my best interest and theirs, to find a different job within the company. If I accept a position that pays less than my wage now, do they have to match my current wage? Do I need to get a statement from my doctor first, saying that I should not do this type of work anymore? Help! I do not know what to do!
