What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Mexico
OK Here's the deal, I have a business. Got a business line. Got an add in the Dex yellow pages. Everything is good. Until this, since we live in a rural area, we have service thru a rural company that has their own phone book. We get a free listing in their yellow pages because we pay for a business line. I received the 2009 phone book and we aren't in the yellow pages. We are in the white pages under our residential phone number that we disconnected 2 months ago. So if any one calls it, it says its disconnected. I called phone company to see if they could forward it, they stated they could not. I want to know do I grounds to bring suit. That's a whole year of business we won't get. Sorry is not good enough, I don't think!

You have a right to be refunded all the money you paid to have the incorrect ad run. Anything beyond that is too speculative and will not be awarded.

I don't know. I called them on the phone and got the business line. I did not sign anything nor did I receive anything. Should I call and question it?
