Losing my Dental and Vision Care

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio
I retired 2 years ago from GM, we were told recently we would lose our Vision and Dental Care insurance even though we paid into the fund for 35 years, how can the company and the union negotiate away something that was already paid for by each individual?

Are you aware of how much more insurance costs these days?

the company just filed to end all my healthcare not just vision and dental, but thanx for the help, now I must go and chop firewood for the fire in the tent city I will be moving into
