I own a small business in Texas. A client owes me quite a lot of money from the year 2003. All previous negotiation attempts and commitments have failed. Because I have not been able to collect this money, I have used all of my cash resources to keep my business alive. I am now at the point where I will have to turn away business since I do not have the cash to produce more inventory to sell. Can I sue this client for loss of future business revenue and well as the unpaid balance?

Not unless you had a contract with the client that specified that an unpaid bill would result in liability for future lost revenue.
