Loss of downpayment on land contract

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IN
If I put $10,000 down on a house to purchase via a land contract and file bankruptcy within 6 months, will the trustee/court reclaim that down payment from the sellers to pay my creditors? I don't want this to happen to the sellers.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
