What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

I recently (feb. 16th) went to court for sentencing for a dui with a BAC of .18. They gave me the whole run down; ARD, loss of license for 60 days, classes, etc. My only question: when exactly do you lose you license? I thought I was told that the suspension wouldn't start until the DMV sent a letter asking for it. I've just been really paranoid that I might be driving with a suspended license and I know the penatly is automatic jail time if you get caught.

Can anyone shed a little light on this step, when the suspension begins and when it ends?

I suggest you contact the DMV and find out the status of your license. They will tell you this over the phone. Have you moved and not notified them of your address change?

I just went through all of this in PA. When you said you went for sentencing, was this ARD court? I am in Delaware county and everyone at ARD court on that day forfeited their license that day and the suspension started at that point.
