What is the name of your state? Nevada

I was employed for 2 and half years with a store here in Pahrump. On Feb 1st 2005, they accused me of theft, and fired me. I have no charges brought against me as of this date, there has been a report made, and I was interrogated by two detectives in the middle of the road. I have also been in touch with the DA's office almost every day to see if they have recieved any report. But during this time, the employers/owners of the store that accused me of this have slandered and harrassed me. They believed that I was working at a store just up the road from them, and they proceeded to make three phone calls to this stores main office. They identified themselves, and told the person at this store on all three occassions that I was a thief, I have statements on all three phone calls from the person they spoke with. I was employed with a developer in Pahrump, and my ex-employer came to my place of work while I was off sick last week, and proceeded to tell my boss that I was a thief, and that he should fire me. I then placed a TPO on my ex-employer, the day that I did it, I asked my boss, if he would write a statement to the effect that my ex-employer came and told him this, he refused to do so. I asked my boss why he wouldn't do this, and he told me it was because he is Italian. The next day April 27th, I went into work, and was told that I was fired, when I asked why, he said it was because I was getting him involved with my ex-employer, and he wanted no part of it. When I confronted him about the fact that I did not get him involved and that it was my ex-employer that got him involved, he turned round and said, well I'm just not happy with your work. I am at my wits end, I am a single parent with two kids, and all I wanted to do was work, and this ex-employer is going out of his way to prevent me working here in Pahrump.
What can I do? I have all the evidence, and statements from the people that he called. Please help me or advise me as to what to do I am desperate.

Update on previous Blog

Its been a while but I have been to hell and back. I was charge with embezzlement, and found "not Guilty" at a jury trial. I am in the process of suing these ex-employers, as it has come to light that they did all this because they thought I had whistleblowed on "their" embezzlement from the USDA. Its a long story, but they retaliated against me, had no evidence. At the trial they purjured and contradicted themselves. it was a total farce. I am suing them on 9 counts, my attorney and the people that stood by me during this time were awesome. I just want to give hope and encouragement to others going thru similar trauma, hang in there, the truth always comes out.
