My husband was informed he had no job(after 15 years)to return to when he contacted his place of business, in Missouri, 2 weeks before his return/release date after having bypass surgery. they had not contacted him that the FMLA time was their cut off, not withstanding he has weeks of vacation time that is available for rehabilitation time after by pass surgery. per job requirements he was unable to lift specified weights at 120 days and was still under dr. care and hadn't been released. what can we do with in this situation? need help quickly.
