Hi there,

My H1b expires in 10/07, while starting the renewal process I could not locate the original H1b paper. I have not left the US since I started working so I don't have a stamp on my passport.

I know my employer has a copy. Can I use that to renew?

What should I do?

Yes, you should be able to use the copy to renew.
