Hi, I am from India, currently working in Spain and I lost my passport. Now I got my new passport issued from Spain government. i want to go for H1B stamping. So, now in which country do I have to go for my H1B stamping(Spain? or India?). If so what are the related required documents? Thanks in advance.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
