I thought of making a little lottery at my site to try to attract people. It is not a scam because as for now I actually lose money. It starts out with 1 dollar and as people buy 25 or 50 cent ticket things (I post it on an announcement everyone can see so you don't get a physical ticket) I pick six numbers from a hat. If someone buys one ticket, the $6 total goes up to 6.25 or 6.50 depending on how much the ticket was. Winners split up all the money. If it gets popular, I will change it so I make a little money to keep it going. I will make the total go up something like .20 for a 25 cent ticket. Before I started this, I was wondering if it is legal. Is it? Even if people are wondering if it is a scam, I would try putting in 25 cents to see if it is actually real.
