In your children are currently in a private school, can the courts make you keep them in a private school or can they go to a public school. If so, can the child support payment include the kids going to private school.Also can the other spouse be required to pay for some of the private school funding?

I am in Louisiana, I have no idea of the legalities of any of your questions, but I can tell you my x is ordered to pay half tuition, and that is in addition to child support.
