can the courts make me pay for private school which at this time the kids are in,and is that seperate from the child support that I would have to pay in addition. Also, can I put my kids back in school so I won't have to pay $1000.oo a month. I plan on seeking a divorce and don't know if this would be an additional cost to me besides the child support.

If your children are ALREADY in private school, yes its likely that you will have to continue to pay your share of it if you get a divorce and the other parent will pay their share.
