What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

I am 39 years old with mental problems and on SSI and SSD. I was married June 8th this year but he left me shortly after. We never had sex. I am unable to. I never told him until after the marriage. my fault. we are both consenting. He is on SSI.. we want nothing from each other other than a divorce and we are both low in come living separately.
