Lowering the amount of the income withholding after 341 meeting

What is the name of your state?tx
I want to lower my exemptions so that I get smaller refund for my 2004 refunds. Is it ok to do it now since my 341 meeting is over now? I am afraid that trustee might come after my 04 refunds. I could have legally claimed 3 expemptions but I had put 1 on my tax forms with my employer because I did not have bk in mind at that time.
