LTD claim denied

What is the name of your state? Indiana (indy area)
My LTD claim was denied & I need a Lawyer that will help me. I have been in contact with several lawyers, but they either don't handle these cases or don't call me back. I don't have much time left (about 5 wks). I really need one that will work on the terms of payment only if we win. If you want info I can post the loooong story.
