I'm currently receiving LTD from a policy I purchased in Florida. I currently live in Florida and am considering moving to Tennessee. If, in the future, legal action(i.e. bad faith) should be needed would Florida state courts still have jurisdiction.

Thanks,
Charles

Charles, I am not an attorney and can't give legal advise, but based on 25 years of insurance claims experience....no, jurisdiction would be in your resident state. As you can imagine, it is unfair to make someone travel hundreds or even thousands of miles to enforce their legal rights.
