What is considered luxury item or services?? Are clothes bought or 6 month car insurance fully paid in this category? Thanks.

It varies from trustee to trustee.

For the most part cloths, as long as not excessive (i.e. mink coat) are necessities.

Prepaid anything could pose a problem. If its your norm to auto debit the CC for car insurance at 6 months bits, your ok. If however, this is new, a CC could raise 523 objection.
