What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida.

I believe that my husband is lying about his income. He is currently an E5 in the FL National Guard and has claimed in his paperwork that he only make approx. $150 a month. His checks were deposited in a joint bank account, and I was available to pull up his check deposits for the last year. I averaged all his deposits and they totaled to the amount of $370. Also rumor has it that after we had separated, he had gotten promoted to full time at his second job. His Financial Affidavit does not reflect any changes whatsoever. He had changed all his direct deposit in a new bank account, so I myself can not prove that he had received that pay increase. Is there anything that I can do where I can prove that he is in the wrong? Would it be wise for me to draw up a new Child Support Guidelines worksheet that includes the $370. Also, in his F.A. he claimed that he pays for half of the car. In which we have both agreed that car, and the debt of it, would be given to me. Can all of these Child Support issues be brought up in mediation and sought out to a true amount of child support that he should be paying? Thanks! =]
