What is the name of your state? sc i have had a back and neck problem and had spinal decompression on my neck i was told by the dr. to file for disability.i was only 47 and work told me to come back and they would find me a much easier job. the dr. gave me a written work instructions to take with me back to work such as only 8 hrs a day and no going up and down stairs,no heave lifting.after returning to work with the dr. work instructions, the company had me working 10 and12 hrs a day up and stairs all the time climbing trucks and railroad cars and had taken 2 employees away from me and said i would have to do their and my jobs. after 12 months my legs started going numb and loss of strenth. i had another mri and the disk that was bulging is now herniated, what are the chances on winning a workmans comp case?
