What is the name of your state? MN
My past employer threatened me by saying I would regret it if I resigned. I resigned because of unethical medical practice, billing problems, not getting paid etc.
He then started an investigation with the board of medical practice. The board believed him and not me (I am chemically dependent and in recovery) He implied that I was using drugs. and has not allow me to talk with anyone from the practice.
I have now lost my board certification and have not been able to be credentialled. I have been looking for work and I am now unable to get a job.

Your former employer is doing what is required. Just because you were given the opportunity to be in a diversion program, doesn't mean that there won't be any consequences to your actions. Please contact your malpractice carrier.
