I am aware that most states say that 30-days notice to vacate is required and I am certain that MN has the same law. One of my customers who is on a M/M lease in MN is being told he needs to give 60-days notice to vacate.

Does anyone know for certain that this is the law in MN. I searched the statutes and was unable to locate this. It seems the MN statue site is not very user friendly.

Input is appreciated.

I figured I needed to help friend.
After all, you are probably too tired to do research after practicing all that baby making. It's good to know that you finally got it right.
