Each state has a statue in their law which spells out what providers in that state must be considered for reimbursement under a health insurance policy. For example, it may state a chiropractor must be considered the same as any other provider as long as he is licensed to practice in the state where services were rendered. I am looking for this statue/law for MA or if anyone knows of a site where I could find it for ALL states, I'd be grateful!
