lets see have you been approved for the mortgage and you are up against a deadline?

You say there is $70,000 equity so are you puting at least that down as a down payment?

by threating a $1000 a week rent that is reatlitory evcition and could land You with a tenant you dont want way past July 31st. Becuase a judge will void the lease.

Offering to PAY people to move will be looked upon favorable by a judge,... uh why didnt you take the money and move? a tenant would have NO answer execpt to piss off the landlord, so a jugde would order the eviction and the tenant would get ZERO!

You see landlord tenant stuf is like a baseball game, right now you are in the 4th inning...still a long way to go before the game is over.

BUT if you agree for thm to stay till july 31st THEN say the rent would be $1000 a week, that should be ok with a judge.

reasonable....you are dealaing with people moving when they have not planned for it.

And so he left for pakistan, men have rights too and so do husbands, and you want to trample on them.

as i said before the man has every right to go anyplace in this world he chooses to go i don't care where he goes or when, bt when it interferes with my moving into my house then i do care. ke was suppose to leave on the 21 of may but when he heard that i would be taking over on the 10 of may he moved his departure up so that he would not be here for the closing. that left his wife in a very serious dilemna in which he did not care about. i do not care how many kids theyt have or whether they have nowhere else to go. that is not my problem . i told her over a month ago top find someplace else to live and she has decided not to look or move, that, my friend is her problem.
by the way i did not put 70000 down on the house the owner decided to sell it to me w/out first having it appraised. the appraisal came in at 21000 and she is selling it to me at 140000

i meant 210000 also i plan to offer the lease at 1000 a week first after i have her sign a paper stating that everything in the house is in fine working order. after she turns me down for the 1000 a week rent is when i will serve her w/ the 3 day eviction notice. i am not stupid. i am not going to tell her to leave then give her a lease for 1000 a week. that is obviously a lease out of spite.
